The Grape Gates at Chandor Gardens in Wheatherford, Texas are a stunning example of early twentieth century ornamental iron work. These gates needed a great deal of restoration to return them to their former beauty. This project entailed removing all of the original paint, fabricating and replacing a number of missing grape clusters and leaves, reinforcing weak areas, and carefully repainting the entire structure.
